This comedy seems poised to achieve something unprecedented, a Golden Tux. Whenever there’s a supporting character who steals the show, that's invariably Kevin Hart. He could carry an entire movie on his own, and this film really demonstrates that. It genuinely took me by surprise; I anticipated just another run-of-the-mill comedy, but it turned out to be quite enjoyable. There have been numerous films centered around weddings and newlyweds, but this one felt fresh and was a delightful experience. I wouldn’t attribute its success solely to the jokes—it was the distinct personalities and the actors who embodied them that contributed to the positive result. I thought I could predict what would happen, yet the resolution proved straightforward and clever. As is often the case when I really enjoy a movie, I'm hoping for a sequel, and this one certainly warrants it. It’s Kevin Hart’s moment in comedy; his most successful films have all been recent, so he needs to capitalize on this momentum, and I look forward to seeing what he does next. It’s an ideal film for a weekend of laughter. A dismissive gesture toward the movie critics—I wholeheartedly recommend it, not just for serious film buffs but for everyone.
