The film’s length, at 2 hours and 36 minutes, feels quite long. There are scenes depicting animal abuse that viewers should be aware of. The initial portion has a much gentler tone than what follows. It's an odd work overall; it can be difficult to discern who the antagonists and protagonists are, and some sections seem unnecessarily repetitive. Those with an appreciation for Korean cinema and depictions of shamanistic practices will likely find something to appreciate here. While not frightening in the style of a typical slasher film, it leans more toward psychological horror.
