I wasn't anticipating much of anything going in. I stumbled upon this film randomly and began watching without any real preconceptions. The initial idea behind the story is enjoyable and translates well to the screen. I found myself really liking it, especially when Atle showed up—having seen him on the Norwegian version of Taskmaster was a pleasant surprise. He delivers an outstanding performance and elevates the whole movie considerably. The narrative, the actors chosen, and the direction are all acceptable. This is a film I enjoy and believe it's better than its American adaptation, which I’d suggest skipping if you’ve already seen this one.
