This isn’t a ‘Transporter’ movie at all; it’s a revenge story centered on women. There are countless reasons why it doesn't feel like a fourth entry in the 'Transporter' series, starting with the cast. The replacement for Jason Statham in the lead role and the rest of the actors didn't quite convince me. While the action sequences were decent, they occasionally felt tiresome. Frankly, this film is even less successful than ‘Agent 47’. The franchise will decline if they don’t reinstate Statham. It seems like reboots are happening constantly these days, and I initially wondered if this one was caught up in that trend as well. However, it's just another sequel, and easily the worst installment by a significant margin. I have no problem with introducing new talent and personnel, but the planning felt flawed. The storytelling lacks originality and the distinctive style that Jason Statham established—that’s what people remember about this franchise. I was hoping for an evolution that would build upon its original strengths. To me, 'Transporter' works best as a trilogy. Anything beyond that feels like lower-tier filmmakers using it as a way to practice their skills with a restricted budget. The announcement of the cast and crew for the next film will determine whether the franchise can recover or continue on its downward trajectory. But for now, ‘Transporter’ enthusiasts should consider this one finished. 4/10
