While it doesn’t prioritize being outright scary, the film generates plenty of tension and intensity; it functions more effectively as an action-oriented thriller than a traditional horror movie. Nevertheless, this approach is successful because the excitement never lets up. The acting stands out considerably. Madelaine Petsch gives a compelling and believable portrayal. Richard Brake is predictably unsettling and intense. Emma Horvath provides a reliable performance, and the entire ensemble cast contributes positively to the film. Noah Pierre’s appearance is also welcome, enhancing the overall feel and strengthening the cast's presence.
