This is a decent spaghetti western. The visuals are strong, especially the scenes shot in the Italian Alps—a welcome departure from the usual settings in the Tabernas Desert of Spain. Certain aspects of the storyline felt underdeveloped, and the film's conclusion borrows too heavily from "A Fistful of Dollars," which ultimately brings its rating down to a 3.5 rather than a 4. I really enjoyed "El Diablo"'s performance, though!
