It just missed achieving a perfect score because it lacked the advanced visual effects we now expect, but that really highlights how much a strong narrative and talented performers can surpass reliance on spectacle alone. The plot's unexpected turn completely surprised me, and the financial success demonstrates how remarkably well-received this movie was, even when it was first released. Well done.
