It wouldn't be accurate to call the movie predictable, although there are elements of that, considering we only become aware of Andy’s plans later on. It's vital to recognize throughout the film that there wasn’t a single indication of this beforehand. However, I must point out a significant issue with the translation; someone made a questionable choice in how they rendered certain terms. I won't be the one to break it down first, but the word "redemption" was translated as “redemption.” I honestly can’t fathom why those responsible for the Russian-language version felt it necessary to damage the experience for everyone who speaks Russian.
