The ending provides a surprise and hints at the possibility of a future installment centered around revenge. Chan delivers a captivating performance with understated appeal, his opponents are strikingly athletic and visually pleasing, and Leung embodies a certain presence reminiscent of "Fu Manchu"—a figure who is formidable, intimidating, and consistently one step ahead.
