This is a decent noir film, effectively establishing its setting with images of dingy streets and sweaty workout spaces, all while maintaining a palpable sense of urgency. The fight sequences are impactful, and the overall atmosphere successfully conveys a feeling of despair. While it doesn't reach the heights of classic films in the genre, the brisk runtime of just over an hour means you won’t feel like your time was misspent. It's something I would recommend seeing.
