Spano, an exterminator, receives a call from department store executive Amick after a shopper suffers a bite incident within the changing area. His investigation reveals a sizable colony of unusually large rats residing underneath the building; however, management disregards his recommendations, leaving Spano and Amick to confront the rodent problem directly. The film delivers unsettling horror moments, culminating in a particularly disturbing scene involving numerous rats in a swimming pool.
