This film really squandered its potential. It’s obvious that studio meddling and poor choices were involved, as it begins reasonably well before falling apart around the middle point. There’s a sense that quite a bit was cut out during editing. The musical score felt overly present, and some scenes suffered from such inadequate lighting that you couldn't discern who or what had been attacked. It was appreciated that there were references to the original Predator movies, and I thought it was positive that they didn’t hold back on the bloodshed and brutality; however, ultimately, it's just not a good movie. It would be better to rewatch *Predator* and *Predators*.
