A really good film; I’d gladly watch it again and suggest others do so as well. It's centered on survival, exploring moral questions in a profound way. Typically, when something like that is involved, there’s humor to balance it out—but not here, at least not in the conventional sense. This is a bleak film full of symbolism and harsh truths. I often dislike how reality can intrude on my desire for entertainment, but that's usually when I'm seeking silly comedies. However, with a concept like this one, the connection to real life actually enhances the movie. The idea of "those above, and those below" is worth pondering, and if that sounds interesting or you’re ready for a philosophical exploration of anti-hierarchical class structures—or if you're drawn to the notion that it doesn't matter who or when someone occupies a position in society—the very existence of people within that structure undermines it. The production quality is basic but adequate, and I believe that was intentional. The audio has some rough patches, though not enough for me to criticize it significantly. I suggest you check this out; you could be pleasantly surprised by yourself or the people watching with you.
