It's a straightforward romance-drama from Hallmark, and as someone who appreciates film, I can’t really call it good or bad. My expectations were low; I wasn’t looking for something like 'The Notebook'. It seems geared toward television viewers, and especially women in middle age, would likely find it appealing. There's nothing remarkable about the movie, no unexpected turns, and everything unfolded from a solid foundation. The story centers on someone who used to be a marriage counselor but now works as a fitness trainer for brides. She offers yoga, exercise routines, and motivational talks designed to build their confidence—something she needed herself after her own relationship ended abruptly. The plot involves her meeting a photographer, which introduces an early complication. What follows is essentially the story of how things play out between them. Please don't be upset that I didn’t connect with it as much as others did; it was just an acceptable viewing experience, lacking any real thrills. Like classic fairy tales, the film is entirely predictable, particularly the resolution. I wasn’t aware of this going in, so I watched it anyway. Aside from being a standard story about discovering love, the acting and production quality were decent. It's not for everyone, but if you decide to give it a shot despite not being part of its intended audience, at least try to appreciate it. _5/10_
