It was an enjoyable film, something I’d likely watch again and feel comfortable suggesting to others. Having just seen the initial version, this one does a commendable job of mirroring it closely. It isn't identical, but it adheres to the same structure, incorporating updates and enhancements throughout. As someone who often criticizes alterations from the original story, I found these changes acceptable. The filmmakers’ decision to feature the twins prominently meant Lindsay Lohan had an increased workload, though this wasn't particularly noticeable. The visual effects involving green screens and duplicates are surprisingly effective considering they were produced in the late nineties. What stands out most is that the film preserves the heartwarming element of a family being reunited after separation.
