'The Nun II' brings this series to an end, or so it seems, and does so predictably—meaning not very engagingly. I find myself with little fresh perspective to offer; my thoughts on this installment echo what I’ve expressed about the previous films, particularly the first one from 2018. My biggest issue remains with The Nun herself, both in her appearance and the way she sounds – it's a real letdown. Even *‘The Curse of La Llorona’* managed to be more effective, though I suspect few would share my opinion. The human elements don't fare much better either. The one thing that stood out was the violence directed at the children; these moments were genuinely intense, but they are too infrequent to significantly improve the movie. Ultimately, this is a film that’s likely to be easily forgotten.
