The premise—a toy submarine tethered by fishing line used to survey an aquarium—essentially defines the limited action within this film, which I’d rate as a C- movie. It felt like a significant misuse of the actors involved and ultimately proved to be a considerable drain on my time. I appreciate movies with a deliberately over-the-top style, and that's why I decided to watch it, but it falls far short of something like *Jason and the Argonauts*. The very deliberate pacing combined with the minimal action sequences contribute to this being among the least enjoyable films I’ve seen recently. You would be better off spending ninety minutes doing housework; you’ll likely find that more satisfying and have a tidier living space as a result.
