Compared to Frankenstein and Dracula, this film surpasses both. The question is whether it holds your attention, and I found myself engaged for a significant portion of the time, even with noticeable issues in the editing. I give it 2 out of 3. When considering classic monster movies, this one comes to mind, particularly due to the narrative. Again, that’s a 2 out of 3 rating. As for entertainment value, that's where the film falters most significantly. There’s a compelling villain with clear reasons for their actions, but the main characters feel clumsy and unevenly developed. I could predict the outcome and lost interest in the reasoning behind it; I was simply waiting to see how things would resolve. I award it 1 out of 3. Calculating from an initial score of 1, adding 1, 2, and 2, then another 1 results in a total of 6. It may be some time before I view it again, but I’d consider watching it once more. I might also suggest it to others, though with the caveat that they should form their own opinions about its quality; it's not universally appealing.
