There were a few things to appreciate, and I continue to enjoy the dynamic between Reeves and Moss; their rapport really worked well. However, most of the rest felt underwhelming, even some of the visual effects. This installment simply reinforces how unique the initial movie was, suggesting it should have remained on its own (and can still be considered that way if you choose to disregard numbers 2 through 4). It wasn’t terrible, but I question whether it needed to exist. **2.5/5**
