_The Lost City_ blends action-adventure with romantic comedy elements, though it leans more toward action than humor. Though there are moments that elicit laughter, many of the jokes simply don’t land. I found myself genuinely amused during some parts, while others felt awkward, so individual viewers will likely have differing reactions to the film's comedic aspects. The storyline itself is fairly conventional but adequately engaging for a comedy. It begins promisingly, but loses momentum as the narrative becomes increasingly far-fetched. The performances are strong, which is expected given the cast involved. Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum display great comedic rapport and their interactions were well done. Daniel Radcliffe’s portrayal of the villain felt exaggerated, though not particularly original. Brad Pitt was a highlight, and I would have liked to see him featured more prominently; his scenes proved to be the most enjoyable. Despite its inconsistencies, the movie seems aware of its own nature and doesn't attempt to be anything it isn't. This allows the audience to relax and enjoy themselves, making for a generally pleasant experience. Verdict: _Decent_
