There were moments while watching _The Lone Ranger_ where I felt like there was the potential for a truly enjoyable film struggling to emerge. It seems that with some significant alterations—particularly replacing the actors in the central roles—it could have been something remarkable, and I honestly believe it had that possibility. However, the finished product fell far short of expectations, leaving me quite let down. _Final rating:★★½ - Appealed to me in several ways, but ultimately didn’t succeed._
