This is yet another odd story about a future world. Coming from the director of the film 'Dogtooth,' which received an Academy Award nomination, those who know his previous work will likely appreciate this one. While not my favorite movie set in the future, it’s still just another dystopian narrative. It's a dark comedy and romance with a reasonable plot, solid acting, and generally provides enjoyable entertainment. The film felt very somber at times, but I remained engaged because of its frequent surprising moments. The initial portion takes place in a hotel, which serves as an introduction to this strange world and the circumstances surrounding the story's beginning. After Rachel Weisz appears, particularly during the second half, the whole atmosphere shifts into an unusual romantic style that continues until the end with a straightforward resolution. Colin Farrell’s role reminded me somewhat of the character from 'Her,' although the movies are different in theme and plot, aside from combining various genres. I thought it was good, and I did enjoy it, but not as much as other people seem to have. In my opinion, it's a movie worth watching once for its uniqueness. 7/10
