This reimagining of John Woo’s 1989 film "The Killer" really resonated with me. Nathalie Emmanuel and Omar Sy both created characters I found myself rooting for, and their scenes chasing each other were exceptionally well done. It was a pleasant surprise to see Sam Worthington giving a good performance as well. Diana Silvers, playing the wounded vocalist, felt unremarkable, but she fulfilled her role adequately. The conversations occasionally fell flat, and the plot is something you’ve likely encountered before, however, the action sequences are plentiful and impressive.
