I can’t suggest watching this again or recommending it to anyone. If you're hoping for a coherent film experience, prepare to be let down. I was just relieved that there was any consistency at all throughout. This felt like a series of random gags strung together—it would have been quicker and funnier to skip the setup and simply show movie characters interacting or compile it as a sketch comedy routine, which is essentially what it is. The film contains some of the oddest choices I've ever encountered in a movie. Jamie Kennedy performs multiple impression roles that seem to be mocking real people, characters share names with the actors who played them, Ted was given a penis (something he didn’t have as part of his character design) and made enormous, they seemed to insult the Muppets, took jabs at Gandalf and Thor (who would likely end in a standstill if competing), included an Obama joke, created a "sassy black girl" character for Roe, but then added a voice-over to make her attitude resemble Queen Latifah’s, and deliberately incorporated unnecessary nudity—clearly not aiming for anything subtle. If your only desire is to switch off your brain and enjoy seeing Zach Galifianakis having relations with the blue alien from Avatar, this might appeal to you. However, I suspect it will be unpleasant for anyone who notices more than just the inclusion of attractive women and vague movie references.
