This thriller proved diverting, though a bit of trimming in post-production might have helped. What worked well: - There are definitely suspenseful moments throughout. - The romantic scenes featuring Sydney Sweeney were engaging. However, some aspects felt unrealistic: - It’s hard to accept that a teenage girl would be incarcerated for a decade and then immediately secure a position as a live-in housekeeper/childminder. The film seems to imply: - Wealthy individuals are inherently corrupt. - Those who have been imprisoned are fundamentally innocent, even if they were attempting something positive. - Men from Italy can be relied upon, whereas American men cannot. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.
