Everyone seems to have misinterpreted what this is trying to be. It’s meant to be absurd and humorous, and I found it entertaining. Even the monster was enjoyable; he has a bizarre charm! This isn’t something to watch if you're looking for serious storytelling. The whole thing is presented with a playful attitude, bringing to mind those classic Godzilla movies.
