This movie is almost impossible to sit through! "Adam" (Pico Alexander) is getting married to "Sarah" (Maria Bakalova), and his best man, "Bav" (Asim Chaudhry), is along for the ride. Describing him as inept would be putting it mildly. The wedding doesn't unfold as expected, and then, in a rather unbelievable turn of events, he persuades his friend to allow him to join them on their honeymoon trip to Venice. What follows can only be described as crude. It’s simply lacking any genuine humor; it provokes frustration. Their behavior while visiting the gorgeous Italian city descends into childishness, and they somehow become entangled with some gangsters – honestly, you couldn't invent something like that. Except, writer-director Dean Craig did exactly that. Perhaps this seemed promising when initially conceived or written down; however, seeing it on screen is mortifying. If I were "Sarah," I would have left my completely unhelpful husband and returned home immediately. No matter how large your pile of post-Christmas ironing is, there’s no justification for subjecting yourself to this film; in fact, doing the ironing will provide you with far more pleasure and satisfaction than watching this nonsense.
