_**Ferraris, 80’s rock/metal, Los Angeles and an out-of-control… thing**_ An FBI agent from Seattle, portrayed by Kyle MacLachlan, joins forces with a detective of the LAPD, Michael Nouri, to track down an entity in Los Angeles that appears capable of changing bodies. “The Hidden” (1987) is a fast-paced science fiction action/thriller reminiscent of “The Terminator” (1984), although it doesn't quite reach the same level of quality. The film is engaging, enhanced by an energetic soundtrack featuring 80’s metal and rock bands such as Shok Paris, Concrete Blonde and The Truth. However, I found that the movie suffered from a somewhat one-dimensional depiction of the urban environment. Claudia Christian delivers a memorable performance as an exotic dancer who becomes involved in the pursuit. The film's length is 1 hour, 37 minutes, and it was filmed in Los Angeles. GRADE: B+
