I had been hoping to watch The Grinch for a while before the holidays, but things were hectic and I just couldn't find the time. I’m really happy I eventually got around to seeing it. What stood out: - The visuals are incredible! The colors and how they played off the snow were fantastic. - Max is seriously the cutest puppy—he reminded me a little of Dobby, for some reason :D - A good portion of the narrative was presented in rhyme, and many lines came straight from the book. Things I didn’t love: - I wish there had been more musical numbers. - The Grinch felt less grumpy than I anticipated. Overall, it's sweet, charming, and full of Christmas spirit! It is a bit corny, but that seems intentional. I think I like it best as an animated film.
