The performances were all really good, but the narrative itself didn’t appeal to me. Those who appreciate fabricated divine interventions—and there are clearly many—along with fantastical plots featuring unusually kind and understanding correctional officers (even when dealing with inmates facing execution), may find this more appealing. I'll personally prefer fantasy grounded in a bit more reality, such as wizards battling orcs, and consider this one to be among the less desirable offerings from mainstream media.
