It’s a decent film for those who enjoy musicals. While the audio mixing seemed a bit overdone at times, I suspect the filmmakers intended for it to be experienced in a cinema setting with powerful sound, so everything "should" come across as close to ideal. The musical numbers and dance sequences were nicely done, and I appreciated Hugh Jackman’s performance. It's an enjoyable film and might even be worth seeing again.
