It’s an odd feeling to be brought into existence with the fortitude of someone prepared for battle, yet possessing the sensitivity of someone pure. The film has moments that succeed and others that feel disjointed. It's something like witnessing an accident—something you know you shouldn’t look at, but can’t turn away from. I find myself appreciating the scenes involving gambling, though I struggle to grasp the logic behind his erratic behavior.
