It's remarkable how engaging this film remains, considering its age. Those who appreciate older films centered on gambling will likely find it worthwhile. The movie does a superb job of illustrating the mindset of someone involved in games of chance, detailing the mechanics of what appear to be Canadian slot machines, and capturing the emotional highs and lows that come with both victory and defeat. Even though the production values aren't high, I still suggest giving this film a viewing.
