While the narrative concerning time travel in _The Flash_, and how it unfolds, is fundamentally sound, it's undeniable that everyone recognizes the premise as inherently illogical. However, the movie leans heavily into goofiness, and the attempts at humor consistently fall flat. The film relies on extensive special effects, but many scenes featuring noticeable CGI are frankly terrible. Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton seem to be enjoying themselves, yet Ezra Miller’s performance is grating as the central figure.
