I watched this again to get ready for EXPEND4BLES. THE EXPENDABLES didn't turn out to be as entertaining as I’d wanted it to be. The cast, full of macho actors, really put in effort trying to make a pretty bland and predictable plot somewhat watchable, but the action sequences were largely a confusing jumble, poorly shot, even though there were a few violent moments that I have to admit were impressive. The music was good, at least. Rating: C
