This film likely ranks among the weakest entries in the Dirty Harry series. The sole fresh and inventive aspect lies in presenting a female character as Harry’s colleague. Eastwood continues to deliver a solid performance, but that's largely where the positives end. The storyline feels predictable, unfolding with rather uninspired execution. Perhaps the soundtrack is the most commendable element of this installment.
