This one is more expansive than its predecessor, with broader ambitions in terms of narrative approach. It succeeds admirably within those parameters, especially considering it's an independent horror project. The characters are believable, the storytelling is dependable, the suspense feels authentic, and the performances are strong. I strongly suggest this film, but only after experiencing Resolution first; otherwise, you’ll be missing out on a crucial component.
