This is just an okay film, featuring a fairly unremarkable plot. It doesn’t possess the strength or impact of the initial installment. The characters feel lifeless and seem to be attempting to adhere to current political sensitivities. There's nothing amusing about it either. The movie seems to assume viewers are already acquainted with the earlier film from years ago; I seriously question whether younger audiences would have seen that first one. Any subtle references go over someone’s head if they aren’t familiar with the series.
