This film has earned a spot among my favorites; I find myself returning to it repeatedly for enjoyment. The Hawaiian settings are appealing, and the performances from Woodley when she was younger, Clooney in his role as an awkward but decent person, and the scenes dealing with unexpected events in life all resonate with me. The cast members work well together, and the narrative progresses through moments of both sorrow and humor. I'd give it a rating of 8 out of 10 stars.
