This movie earns a score of 45 out of 100. The story centers on a well-known dentist whose mental state deteriorates after witnessing his wife having an affair with the pool service employee, and he subsequently directs his anger toward those under his care. Corbin Bernsen’s portrayal of a disturbed individual was a definite strong point; however, the screenplay failed to offer him substantial material to work with. The other characters also lacked any distinguishing traits, humor, or engaging dialogue, which resulted in a rather dull and uninspired overall presentation. Some of the more uncomfortable moments were lessened by substandard makeup effects that made them appear bizarre rather than believable. It wasn't particularly well done.
