Among films released in 2012, The Dark Knight Rises stands out as exceptional. The narrative is so engaging that it invites repeated viewings. In my estimation, the film features one of the most memorable villains ever portrayed on screen: Bane. Batman’s performance was solid, as always, and the actors chosen for their roles were a great fit. It's my belief that this installment represents the finest Batman adaptation yet made, or perhaps the darkest.
