It makes for a really enjoyable holiday film. While there are quite a few characters and the story gets tangled up at times, most people shouldn’t be let down by it. The chance to hear Susan Boyle's remarkable singing is definitely a plus. The ending will likely leave audiences feeling uplifted and prepared to celebrate Christmas.
