The story centers on a woman and her child who are taken captive and threatened with death unless they reveal the location of $40 million that her husband concealed, though she has no idea where it is. While the movie suffers from some questionable plot points and feels somewhat manufactured—apparently to extend its running time—the performances by Melissa George and Oded Fehr were excellent, and as someone who appreciates their work, I thought they handled their roles exceptionally well. The final half-hour was filled with suspenseful moments and unexpected developments, and even considering the film's shortcomings, it ultimately worked out pretty effectively. It’s a worthwhile psychological thriller if you go into it without high expectations and are willing to accept things as they are.
