Silverstone’s performance isn't bad; she does what's asked of her. However, this film feels like a very inferior version of "The Crush," featuring a noticeably weaker group of actors, a plot that shifts the story while still circling around similar themes, and an incredibly clumsy approach to everything. Essentially, the storyline involves a man and his kids developing affections for their babysitter—that's really all there is to it. With movies like this, you anticipate suspense, something gripping that holds your attention and creates physical discomfort. You’d expect a sense of danger with both sexual and potentially deadly undertones. Instead, the film attempts to create an erotic atmosphere that falls flat, and any sense of threat simply doesn't exist. The packaging implies something more, but ultimately, the overall tone never quite reaches a point where it becomes entertaining.
