I was surprised by how enjoyable this movie turned out to be, considering the low expectations I had going in. It exceeded what one might anticipate from a film with such a limited budget and cast. The plot is serviceable, but Michelle Rodriguez truly carries the picture; it felt almost as if the role was written specifically for her, and she delivered a strong performance. There were some noticeable compromises in the filmmaking when they initially portrayed her character, largely due to her stature, though she managed to convince viewers with everything else regarding her transformation. The movie centers on an assassin who, after a run-in with the wrong people, finds out he’s undergone gender reassignment surgery. Fueled by anger, he sets out to find those responsible and uncover the motive behind it all. The film incorporates a brief romantic subplot and action scenes before concluding. Before watching, keep in mind that this isn't destined to be a classic. It does its best to tell an acceptable story while also providing entertainment. It’s not essential viewing, but I would still recommend giving it a look. _6/10_
