I have to admit, it turned out pretty good. Being someone who enjoyed the initial TV show from childhood, I was apprehensive about whether this adaptation could live up to expectations, but it seemed to do a decent job of reflecting what made the series special. It proved enjoyable to watch, successfully mixing humor and action elements. Alright, the well-known tank sequence might have been excessive, but then again, it’s meant to be an action film with comedic moments so...Of course, professional reviewers didn't care for it, as you can see on Rotten Tomatoes, however, if you look at what regular viewers thought, it earned over 70% positive responses. IMDB also gives it a score just above 7 out of 10, which I’d say makes it worth seeing.
