It’s not something I’d seek out again, and I don't feel comfortable suggesting it to most people, though maybe younger viewers could find some enjoyment...though even that feels questionable. The film has the air of being someone’s initial project. Tad proves to be a likable character who overcomes challenges, and Sarah delivers a performance as both an object of interest for the main character and as a self-sufficient individual; this reveals considerable depth in the writing, making the other human characters seem rather perplexing by comparison. There simply isn't enough substance here to generate much discussion. The train chase scene was reasonably well done, but I didn’t connect with the movie during most of its runtime. I believe it’s best to pass this one over, though if you happen to enjoy it, a follow-up installment is marginally improved.
