The movie is completely wild; Nicholas Cage delivers an exceptionally unhinged performance. I don’t like people with antisocial tendencies, and the acting in this film really stirred up some intense feelings in me—fantastic work, Mr. Cage. The extreme violence is imaginative and remarkably well-done, and I'd recommend it to anyone who can handle its harshness. It tells a story rooted in seemingly limitless suffering, and as an audience member, I felt it profoundly; I’m thankful for the chance to have seen it.
