This one is better than *'The Enforcer'*, though it doesn’t quite reach the level of *'Dirty Harry'* or *'Magnum Force'*. Clint Eastwood, who directs as well, is still the best thing about these movies; he delivers a recognizable line in this film. Sondra Locke does a strong job alongside Eastwood and stands out from the supporting actors throughout the series so far. It has a substantial plot along with all the familiar elements of these films, resulting in something enjoyable to watch. I’m looking forward to seeing how everything concludes with *'The Dead Pool'*.
