The premise held some appeal, although it felt quite reminiscent of *I, Robot*. While the idea was brought to life onscreen, the final product didn't quite live up to what I’d hoped for. The connection between the husband and wife characters seemed nonexistent, and the beginning of the story failed to establish any significant tension. It really needs a follow-up that builds on the events of the last twenty minutes, but considering how underwhelming the first hour was, it seems unlikely such a project would be approved. I had envisioned something more fleshed out, but knowing Megan Fox isn’t among the top tier of stars, perhaps I should have tempered my expectations. It's disappointing that neither I nor the creative team managed to make this film more engaging.
